Analyze User Request: Quick Prioritization Framework
When reviewing feedback, list every request on a separate line and tag it with three fields: What (the issue), How Often (how many users mention it), and Effort (how hard it is to fix).
Sort by "How Often" descending, then by "Effort" ascending. The requests in the top-left quadrant are your highest-value, lowest-effort fixes.
Print the table, fill it out during your next review session, and you’ll instantly see which improvements actually move the needle.
